Oil

For some stupid annoying reason some textures ingame look like they have oil on them, and some others just look fucking irritating with a bad mix of brown/black/red. This just suddenly accured, and I have no idea how it happened?

So, easiest way to solve this? Execing my normal config or an older config doesn't work either.

What commands are there to fix this?
