Again with the NTSF

Now I have a new problem with this NTSF crap. I have made my D: NTSF for the sole reason of being able to handle files larger than 4gb.

Now that I have a DVDR that I'm trying to unrar it, yet again, tells me that I need to have NTSF to handle files of more than 4gb filesize.

So what to do now?
