installing

I need help! :{

Did anyone ever get this error screen when trying to install something (not ET) and perhaps knows how to fix it? :{

Setup has experienced an error.

Please do the following:
- Close any running programs
- Empty your temporary folder
- Check your internet connection (internet based setups)

Then try to run setup again.
