Mouse help :<

I recently purchased an MX518 and everything was fine, First 2 weeks of using it I was really starting to like it, got all my settings sorted, and ET settings.
Restarted my pc last night due to installing new stuff and updating drivers [ nothing to do with the mouse ] and now my mouse is feeling like shit.
It doesn't seem precise as much anymore, My game play has gone downhill [ as if it can't go any lower as it is :D ]
I once used the logitech program where I can set my mouse rate by moving the slider on a circle up to 1600dpi but now that's gone. I've tried reinstalling my mouse settings but I can't change my rate no more.
Any wise suggestions ?
