cfg probs

I join the server type /exec etconfig.cfg do a vid_restart. Then I /exec autoexec and when i do a /vid_restart after that or join some other server r_picmip changes to 1 but I have 0 in my cfg and I don't have any smart idea why it changes when i don't have it setted to 1 my autoexec.
