Need CFG help

Anyone who has alot of free time like me fancy helping me build a CFG for my new PC?
And one that doesn't say 'Fire in the hole' constantly when you hold a nade out [ without even pressing mouse2 ] xD

UPDATE: My settings seem to be activating not just nade say_team fireinthehole but rifle and other 'activate' which is annoying when I move with my keys.
And one that doesn't say 'Fire in the hole' constantly when you hold a nade out [ without even pressing mouse2 ] xD
