CDKey PROBLEMS!!

Hi this problem has been going on from 2003 as ive seen from forums...
here the problem i join a server and it kicks me saying you need cdkey to join this server ive tried everything and whenever i install et there is never an etkey file! pls help....
i can connect to non-pb servers tho ive emailed pb and various related sites and no replies so far... becoming a big problem anybody know wot to do?
