Nations Cup Teams/Captains

I mean seeing as there's going to be no summercup say there was a nations cup following the next season of tournaments, what are people's opinions on what the countries teams/captains will be? For instance for England I could see either Ste or Sheep being captain of the UK team, players? well few and far between but mthd has suggested Andeh and Daforce, inevitably some SoF players who knows maybe even kamz. So who do you see in your countries team and who would you want/expect to see as captain? :)
