CDKey problems .....STILL!!

Right i've emailed plenty of varied sites to do with ET and PB no replies so far... (24 hours) ... I get kicked from a PB server saying youve been kicked (1 min) Empty CDKey not allowed on this server....
i do pb_cdkeyreg .... no reply from guidauth master in console.....
i reinstall.... same kicked reason....
i redownload and delete all files to do with et :( and still same kick reason....
never have a cdkey in my etmain in the first place and denies it when i connec to server
This is becoming ridiclius anybody got any usefull comments much apprechiated ... i'll try anything!
