Internet speed?

Just wondering what kind of speed you get per sec because i get about 500kb/sec which is somewhat fast for a 1mb broadband connection :/

I have Comcast cable connection.I checked my results at Scanmyspeed.com
My Results are
Download speed-18.057Mbps
Upload speed-4.647Mbps.
Is this good or not?
