3on3 Frostbite - Storage Wall?

Whenever you wanna / have to play a 3on3 on Frostbite you have to ask your opponents if they wanna play with or w/o storage wall? 50% wanna play with and 50% without. This sucks imo, especially in officials, if you dont know how to prepare for it.
Are there any rules about it? CB, ESL etc?
