Should be 25 for allies imo.
Not saying its too easy to attack, just that with the axis/allies spawntimes both 30, getting a good spawntime makes too much difference on how your attack goes, assuming the defense doesnt get caught out on the front.
25 would mean the spawns rotate in relation to each other = less lotto map.
