lag hax

Help pls!

I am running about on a server and suddenly I get a steady load of green in my lagometer. If i take my fingers of my direction keys then the lag instantly clears. It then comes back a few minutes later. The lag always clears when i take my hand off my keyboard.

The lag clearly has something to do with me using my direction keys but i dont know why.

Help pls!
