et_beach mapscript

I noticed some servers have a mapscript for beach which changes spawnpoints and gives allies ammo rack spawn if the cp is built. Are these allowed in cb matches and such? Because imo they should either be forced on all servers or disallowed, otherwise it's too confusing.
