need et tool

there was a helping tool (programm) 4 et some days or weeks ago in the news - no i don't talk about riva tuner. it included et minimizer and some other helpful things. i tried to find it using the searchbutton but without any succes. if smb could tell me the name or give me a link i would be happy :D
