Hello, I want to link your attention to some clan which is playing in "teh best" league in the world.... Yes, it is ClanBase :]
This clan signed to Euro Stopwatch 3v3, and also to OpenCup 3v3. Ill give you link to them:

Check how many of their matches has ended in a noshows. Can you tell it in percentage?
Yes thats right 100%. 7 of 7 matches. Not only my clan had problems with them. They never even wish to play, they are always unavailable when you want to give him ip and pass. Once, they gave us ip and pass, too bad password was incorrect, too bad i couldnt catch him anywhere, link to their website started to work recently, no IRC only mail :/ Check their matches in OpenCup, the last first match they won by noshow, im sure that they werent either willing to play, but poor inSaine didnt know that.
