Some config help needed

Hi all,
Im still playing at my old-pc config, and tbh it looks pretty crap. Since a few weeks I got a new pc and now I want to update my config. I tried to change some details myself, without any succes.
Im looking for some nice settings to play pretty highdetail and pretty bright screen.
So:
High resolution
High details
Bright screen
FPS arent a problem ( 300 to 500 fps on sd2 at the moment with my old config)
Im also in the xfire irc channel if you need more info
