New Beginings

Well I joined Cross Fire Forums today pretty much out of bordom. I guess but also with the intension to learn more about European players. My overall goal is to start my own Gaming League I'm not sure where to start I dont have the nesscessary training "html php java etc" to make this possible so I'm not sure where to begin.
