Oh noes Rivatuner again

Well this may annoy you, but, I have to talk about Rivatuner. Most of you know the Aiming by RaZiel package...RaZiel gives you useful tips how you can play better and improve your aiming + the power of you CPU/vid card. He included Rivatuner.
So there are some questions:
Was RaZiel a haxor?
Did he made all the Rivatuner haxors we know/we bust nowadays?
(Were all RtCW pros haxors? :P)
