another problem

I have a problem since ase doesnt work properly i have problems with some servers they just lagged and only iam 999 on the server. Then if i wanna reconnect i can't in all-seeing eye is server 9999 but the others are still playing on! If i write ip in game there is...
Awaiting connection...1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and I cant get on server even next day! anybody have the same problem?
How can i fix?
