Home again, after writing 50 mins and seeing the journal not beeing posted i will make this one shorter ;)
I want to thank Tosspot, Paul alias Redeye and Richard for all they did for our team during the last week and before.
Stu, I hope that now that Quackecon is over everyone accepts that you just did an awsome job. Without you Qcon wouldnt have been near to the great show it was for ET then it was this year. What you did made sense after all, i think nooone can doubt that. Mr. ET did it again..
I am really looking forward to listen to your casts everyone is talking about - see you next week. Btw , you missed the coolest poker-night for ages, the pot was 150 dollars sunday night :P
If a team ever had a manager that was keeping the players focused and motivated, then our team during the last week. Thank you Paul for making this week that intense and exciting, for sharing your thoughts and your expierience with us and backing us up no matter what. We won't forget that.. <3
Richard - I will never forget what Tiger Woods said about getting back stronger after you lost smth - but still there was much more you gave to the team that we all will remember. Especially your hugging skills man ;))) Seriously, you were important for us, the team - thanks for helping us becoming a team.. It was more then a pleasure to have you with us.. <3
We had a Team consisting of 8 Players in Dallas - I don't want to miss one of them. Stu ( Tosspot ), Paul ( Redeye ) and Richard, I guess i speak for the whole team when i say thank you, you were the heart and the soul that made this possible.
To the Team ATiCrossfire - guys, it was a pleasure to play with you. I never expected it would be so much fun - inside and outside the game. I never saw 5 guys becoming a team that fast - and damn it, what a team ;) - if you ever need a place to stay at vienna, give me a call.. Like potter would say "stick together, fight together"
Potter the master of the knife! - Revers the Discoball! - Gazeta the Attacker! - Butchi the Cheater! - <3
The Community .. - guys, thanks for your support - a tournament wouldnt be interesting if noone cares about it. You did.. I hope you enjoyed the games and that you were confident with the team we had in dallas, eventhough we all know that many of you didnt agree - after all i think we made it interesting. And dont forget, you got now 10,000 bucks to make a real nice tournament in Europe ;))
Idle.ee and KiH - to both of the teams, it was great to meet you. We had more nice talks and great games then most of us expected and not one of you were anything else then a really nice guy to meet. I hope you will have many more nice moments during your gaming carreer and hopefully we will meet again. Stay real ;)
Shoutouts to all the americans we met in dallas, especially the "titanium"-guys. Maybe we will see eachother @ one of the crossfire lans, it would be nice to have some beers together ;)
After all I want to thank everyone who made this possible, it was a week i won't forget, i am sure about that. Probably there will be more to see about the event and the days we spent there in the near future, videos and pics - but still i doubt that it will be possible to get close to the expierience we made there.
Darky alias Ramin, back @ home ;)
