Changes:

* Axis and allied spawns have been swapped to prevent fullholds
* Controls can be destroyed with nades to prevent fullholds
* Controls now need 2 chargebars to reconstructs to prevent fullholds
* Second blast door added to the inner control room walktroughs to prevent attacking too fast.
* Controls start destroyed but can be reconstructed by an axis engineer
* Mortar has been removed to make the map even

Expected maptime: 60 seconds
Suggested number of players: 1 to 20 per team
