i am a torrent noob!

right ive started useing bit torrents to download

however i am just ueing some shitty program from www.bittorrent.com

i am downloading things of the pirates bay


i think i should try to downloading something that has more seeders then leachers? thats how to do it?


because what ever i download i never seem to get more then 40kbs downsteam and i am capable of getting 220, so can anyone help me and give me better programs or better pages so i can download faster
