Old map made for competition

I made this map in 2004 but never finished it

As etqw is a long way off i have decided to finish off this map. It was built from scratch to be a competition map. I played it a few days ago in a friendly match for fun and it seemed to work better then i remeber.
A LITTLE INFO ABOUT THE MAP:
The map appears quite complicated but is actually quite simple. It is a single stage doc run map and has two water pumps. If both pumps are broken the allies have one route to objective. If one pump is fixed allies have two routes. If both pumps are fixed allies have three routes.
For axis the idea was to give them a choice between a forward defence (keeping both pumps broken), a middle defence (keep one pump broken) or they can try camping the doc room and allow allies to fix both pumps.
So if you think this map could be made to work please post suggestions. If you think it could never work then say so as it will save me wasting any time doing any more work to it. I know some people dont want any new maps, im fine with that as well.
