ventrilo disconnects

I recently formatted my pc , and everything worked fine untill 1 hour ago .
My ventrilo spontaneously disconnects and then reconnects and when i am connected for an moment i get these annoying screeches.

after a number of spontaneous connects and disconnects my ventrilo just crashes

Need help fast
