pc is restarting

hiho dear mates,
my friend has a problem with his pc.
System:
-Windows XP pro (servicepack 1)
-Intel Pentium 4
and more
When ge start windows, he can surf and read emails and so on. but when he start a Game like ET or Linage2, after 5mins hes pc do a restart. No message comes, nothing to do. Its like when you click start->turn off
he dl speedfan and das Temp 2 & Temp 3 around 65celsius when he starts a programm.
Has someone a idea?
