Who's Mistake?

I guess no one cares but this is a short AVI of what happened in a 3on3 with me crozz, sqzz anyway crozz says that it's my fault that he missed the revive so link to avi:

situation is simple opponent set a fast time we had to rush I move to the right checking no one is on the left then move left to try and take the person behind the sand bags I go down crozz moves in for the revive misses says that I moved around him or that we moved passed eachother.

I can post my own perspective also if people think its inconclusive. HF.
