Netlimiter

Is it possible to limit the bandwith for computers on a wireless network using netlimiter? I've been fiddling around & can't seem to get it to work - it'll only allow me to restrict applications.

Any ideas? Ta

Edit: a netlimiter key wouldn't go amiss either :o
