Open GL Fail

Hi to you,

a friend of mine installed ET some weeks ago and when he wants to play, he alwyas gets this stupid message:
GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem

Could you give me an information what he could do?
I would be very thankfull for usefull commments and help.
