New pc !

Hi everybody, i just bought my new pc yesterday wich i installed myself. Everything seemed to be working quiet good untill this morning. My pc freezes all the time when im for 5 min on the pc.
Pc specs: amd athlon 64 3200+ socket-AM2
512 Mb Nanya Elixir DDr2/533 Dimm
MSI K9n NEO-F nF550 DDr2/800 PCI-express
MSI GEF NX7600 GS 256 MB DDr2 PCI-E lite
I use Windows xp pro sp2
Is there maybe a patch or something i have to download or so ?
This is not the first time i put a pc together ..so i have some experience with that...but i havent seen this problem before. I already install windows a dozen time ..but the problem keeps coming back
