Theme

I know you will all hate me for this journal, but can somebody tell me where I can download some computer themes? For example that my thingy totally under in my screen is transparant. Please help me :<

and no, I'm not lazy, I also googled, but I only have these lame themes etc... If anybody has a good site just post it here ;-)
