Sound problem in .mp4 files

So today when I was supposed to watch a clip, in .mp4 formate, there was no sound.

Thats what mplayer says.

I puted flags for faad in ufed, recompiled mplayer, nothing..
emerged faad2, recompiled mplayer, still no good results..
Running out of ideas. Anyone who has some?
