Look!
i record my demo with cl_avidemo 30 when i record its going slow like hell! like im trowing a nade i have like 100000 screenshot's xD then i press on 5 (timescale 1) its going faSt so i think thats normal.And in vdub my frame-rate is 199.9 and wan i play it in windows media player its like 5 seconds its going faSt then i heard from some people you must set your cl_avidemo 200 :s so what must i do!!!
