Mx518 Problems! Again...

Mx518 seems to have continuous problems with it. Need a few answers to the problem thats occuring with mine. Every few minutes mainly in gameplay ... it aims at the floor whilst continuously shooting. It also shakes and becomes uncontrolable. When however, it does become back to normal ... the sensitivity had been lowered dramatically. Any ideas how i can fix this problem as it has become very frustrating?
