Quake IV and Linux

Anyone managed to run Q4 SP without CDKey? Tried hundreds of serials'n'stuff, tried even to load savegames from other players (with savegames got to almost to "click to continue" and then followed simple game shutdown). So maybe anyone can tell how to run SP? :(
