Clan tag/name stealing

This week I discovered that a german mix clan had taken the name "Böse Quietscheenten" and the tag -O_/ This made me extremely pissed, since me and some others last summer made a clan called "Rubber Duckies" with the tag -o_/

I joined their IRC-channel and asked them kindly to find another tag atleast, and they were all going: "lol", "RD is dead" etc.

So now I decided to whine here at crossfire :) I just want to know if I am the only one finding what they are doing wrong.
