sound problems #2

EDIT:

so i only hear certain sounds, so when im listening to music i only hear music, not bass or singing / lyrics and same with et/vent etc.

im pretty sure when i was going through my sound settings i changed something i shouldnt have.... would be grateful if someone could give me some useful advice or solution ;/
