Enemy Territory Dying?

Quite often I hear people saying the ET Scene is dying, however, is this true?

The way I see it is that the scene gets bigger and bigger.

My first proof is Xfire.com
Todays Top Played Games
Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory

Some people check this site quite often, and might have noted that the game is always in the top 10 of most played games. For a dying scene the game is played quite active (and most of the users arent the 64 pub servers players, but the etpro server players playing CB nd stuff).

My second 'proof' is the addons and cups made in Enemy Territory. I remember that Gamestv.org was covering ET only in the beginning but it goes quite fast these days on the coverage of ET Games and other games. So u can say it was made by the ET community (support and stuff) so other games came after our community :)

My third proof is the daily changing clans, bringing new names every time. Though old legend players leave the ET-Scene, many new legends are borne, and are becoming real ET-Stars. Also some old players are coming back (to talk about addicted).

My fourth proof is the lans and stuff being a success (Xfire, Quakecon etc). If the ET-Scene is dying, why would they do such lans. Maybe to promote new ET and RTCW2, but imo it still is a prove that ET is still alive.

Truth is, people will keep on going in ET, wether some people leave it or not, however there is no such thing as a Dying ET Scene for now.

BB, ye i was bored and had to do something xD
