weird speakers ?

i just got this again .. also happened sometimes in the past with my speakers
i hear some radio traffic ... some voice talking about "airport xxx" or so ... i dont know how this is possible since my computer isnt connected to anything else than the internet and normal sockets

its really weird and im a bit frightend - maybe those are aliens or so :D
