How to get ref on public :P

1st thing u need to do is to get an nick of one anoing guy i chosen reflex :D and puted nick kick reflex then i voted ref and it loked like this
kick reflex called a vote referee kick reflex :D
and say f1 tk ;) and got ref :D i just laught then
/quit :D
