Movieeffect: Wallhackeffect. How is it working? need help

i wanted to know how i can make a wallhackeffect like in the twk-vs-gosu.avis or in the "The Last Frag" movie?

ok guys if u want to use r_drawworld 0 simply put r_fastsky to 1 and it will work hf :)
