vent echo shit

Posting this on behalf of apple. The fucker echo's everyone on vent and his game is louder than he is so can't hear anything he says. He's got headphones, not speakers and I know many people have had this problem before. So, anyone have a clue on how to fix this? Muting him doesn't count cause we're doing that anyway (although he doesn't think so.)
