Screen flickering

I just put in another soundcard - now I have 2 yay! - nothing fancy really but now my screen is flickering on the right hand corner....
No idea why. Just have a basic 19" CRT monitor and a Radeon 9600. Resolution 1280*1024 like I always had but it also flickers at lower resolution nor does the refresh rate make any change.
Please hilfe mir.
