Shutdowns...

My PC is constantly restarting on its own, mainly when I play ET... I've been told it could be my GFX card, hardware, not enough power supply etc, etc. Now, is there any checks I can do to rule out things such as buying a new power supply or stuff like that?

It has restarted 3 times in the past 2 hours, which sucks really!
