problem, need help

hi to you guys,

a friend of mine got a problem. Neither he nor me do know how to answer this problem.

et says this: Server Disconnected - has been kicked via PunkBuster (for 0 minutes)...
RESTRICTION: Inadequate O/S Privileges

do you know this prob and its' solution?
