Need help

well for a while now i have been trying to connect to telenet 1 and 2 but it will not let me connect because it says my ping is too high, but one time i sat there and pressed reconnect for 5 mins constantly then joined another server and my ping was normal. Does anyone know what the problem is and how do i fix it thx ery much in advance <3
