Dear Student
Due to the high security vulnerabilities associated with MIRC (IRC), Network Security Manager
has decided that MIRC (IRC) and the associated ports will remain blocked. There are no plans to
review this decision in the immediate future.

Hmm looking for opinion of the advanced users in the community, what kind of attacks can be done on irc ports ? 6667 (i think)
