spyware noooo :[

hello ppl, thx to serials.ws (crappy crack site) i have my laptop infected with too many spyware.. i cant even change my background :E (background now is: the computer is infected with spyware, [[the spyware even fucked up my background :S:(]]) my internet is fucked up to. when im browsing the internet often it goes to some page like www.searc-h.com without typing it..
i used the great program Hitmanpro and it deleted a lot of crap but my laptop is still fucked up. i also scanned virusses with NOD32 (virusscan of Hitmanpro). you ppl know better programs for deleting spyware? plz let me know..
