PB Freeze help!

okies
I had a chat with a few people over this problem. It seems that it mainly happens to people with NForce Chipsets. I had a chat with
Vegi earlier as both 
me and him only freeze for about 3 secs. It seems also that we both have older drivers for our NForce mine is 4.5.0.0. 13/5/2005
Another guy told me once to go into windows services and disable the Indexing Service, not just stop as it normally is, but make sure its disabled. Im unsure which helped me most but mine dont freeze for less than 3 secs.
