As Team Canada Manager (Juno), I now take great pride in introducing this years Nations Cup Team Canada. For those of you with good memories, last year, Canada did better than expected earning a spot in the playoffs. Despite loosing in the playoffs to the United Kingdom, great fun was had by all. Last years team was a throw together last minute type of team essentially where known Canadians were grabbed out of IRC to join the roster. Too much emphasize was put on pure aiming abilities, and not team oriented game play. The following players will be representing Team Canada this year at the ET Nations Cup.
Team Captains:
Nazzy – Nazzy represented Canada at last years ET Nations Cup and took the initiative to lead the team this year. Nazzy’s whole ET career has been spent in Unfaithful
Blazen – Also represented Canada at last years Cup – Blazen has been in a few different clans over his ET career including iLLicit
Team Manager:
Juno – Spawned from the glory days of RTCW Juno also took part at last years Cup. Juno has played for many ET teams including 20ID, default, and currently Unfaithful.
Team Members:
Nothx – Nothx most recently represented Darkside at the 2005 Qcon event held in Texas, this is his first appearance as a Team Canada representative at the Nations Cup
Redzone – Currently playing for Unfaithful, Redzone comes from an experienced RTCW and ET background, including playing for top NA teams Suave, and Commie Bastards
Animal – An ET vet, Animal was also part of iLLicit with Blazen, and this will be Animals first Cup appearance
Proof – Spawning from the days of RTCW, Proof most recently represented Kinetic at Qcon 2005
GrmReaper – Grm, also spawned from the days of RTCW has much ET experience including Warped Sanity
Soviet – Also a member of Unfaithful, Soviet is making his 2nd appearance at the Nations Cup
Forsythe – A seasoned ET player, Forsythe has spent much time with the clan Sex Pistols, this will be Forsythe’s first Cup appearance
